3.2 Credit System
Our services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI features. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless specified in your plan.
3.3 Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using Storyha. We do not claim ownership of your stories, characters, or other creative works.
4.2 License to Storyha
By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
4.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided to you for your use. However, you are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication or commercial use.
4.4 Prohibited Content
You may not use Storyha to create or store content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Promotes violence or illegal activities
- Contains malware or malicious code
5. Payment and Subscriptions
5.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans with different features and credit allocations. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region.
5.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
5.3 Refunds

AI-generated content is provided for creative assistance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or originality of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before use.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storyha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Storyha, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically.
We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of Storyha after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
